Denim Health
Full Service Legal and Business Experts
From founding to billion-dollar valuations and multiple acquisitions across four companies and roughly twenty years, Mike Kadyan and his colleagues have partnered with the attorneys at JonesSpross.
Kadyan and his teams at Denim Health, Iodine, Crimson and Whisperwire have turned to JonesSpross for everything from start to finish – employment and client contracts, all kinds of negotiations, and of course, exit planning. They’ve been amazed at how every step of the way, JonesSpross acted not only as full-service General Counsel, but as partners who understood the ins and outs of their unique world and were willing to keep up at their breakneck pace and the pace of technology as a whole.
One example that stands out for Kadyan is his team’s early days entering the artificial intelligence and machine learning space. JonesSpross was able to anticipate complex data rights needs before other firms were even considering them. “They aren’t just exceptional at contracts and the ins and outs of corporate law,” explains Kadyan. “They are keen business strategists too, and they aren’t afraid to offer their business insights along with their legal knowledge.”
We’ve been spoiled by how brilliant, shockingly efficient, and exceptionally in tune with our goals they are. We can’t imagine trusting our legal needs to anyone other than JonesSpross today or in the future.

Background
Denim Health uses conversational AI to help patients access the right physicians, schedule appointments, and navigate the health system. Led by CEO and co-founder Mike Kadyan, the company is applying speech language understanding and deep learning to make it easier for patients to access the care they need. It’s a futuristic solution to a complicated challenge in a tricky industry, requiring a careful and trusted approach and plenty of support.
Kadyan is not new to driving much needed efficiencies in complex and regulated industries. Prior to Denim, he was CEO and co-founder of Iodine, which focuses on improving clinical documentation, and CEO and co-founder of Crimson (acquired by The Advisory Company and now part of Optum/United Healthcare), which increased healthcare provider quality and profitability. Kadyan’s first startup, WhisperWire, was acquired by Convergys (now Concentrix).
