Leigh Rand

Leigh has worked exclusively with trademarks, copyrights, advertising, and sweepstakes for nearly 25 years. Prior to joining JonesSpross, Leigh spent time in Fortune 500 legal departments such as Ecolab and Target, as well as in large law firm settings.

Over the course of her career, Leigh has assisted with the registration and maintenance of more than 10,000 trademarks in at least 85 countries. In addition to clearing, registering, and maintaining trademarks, Leigh assists with enforcement/infringement issues and with due diligence transactions.

Leigh earned her paralegal certificate from Hamline University in Saint Paul, MN; and subsequently received a dual Master’s degree in Business Administration and in Organizational Management from Concordia University, also in Saint Paul, MN.
