Chris has spent 20 years focused on the identification and resolution of issues across global organizations. He is an agile and impact-focused business executive and general counselor whose practice spans M&A support, international market expansions, operations turnarounds, cost reduction strategies, and complex commercial relationships. Chris has a strong command of corporate governance and a comprehensive command of the European Union General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).

Chris has worked in-house as General Counsel, and at multiple law firms throughout Michigan as well as his own practice. He holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from Western Michigan University and a J.D. from University of Michigan Law School.
